               اپنے لیے دشوار تھے، ہم کون تھے ، ہم کون تھے

                            اپنے سے ہم کو بیر تھا ، خود اپنی آپ غیر تھا
          اپنے سے ہم بیزار تھے ، ہم کون تھے ، ہم کون تھے

                          رنگیں ادائیوں لیے ، شیریں نواؤں کے لیے
