                 میں تو خدا کے ساتھ ہوں ،تم کسی کے ساتھ ہو؟

               ہر لمحہ "لا" کے ساتھ ہوں، تم کسی کے ساتھ ہو ؟

                                                  مجھ کو بقائے عیش توہم نہیں قبول

                  میں تو " فنا کے ساتھ ہوں تم کسی کے ساتھ ہو ؟

                میں ہوں بھی یا نہیں ہوں ،عجب ہے مرا عذاب

                     لمحہ "يا " کے ساتھ ہوں تم کسی کے ساتھ ہو؟

                                                              میں ہوں غبار جادۂ بود و نبود کا

              یعنی "ہوا " کے ساتھ ہوں ،تم کسی کے ساتھ ہو؟

                                   تم بھی تو آج مجھ سے کرو کچھ سخن کہ میں

                    نفی "انا" کے ساتھ ہوں تم کس کے ساتھ ہو ؟
